- Your card will be charged as you proceed through the checkout, irrespective of whether there is available stock. Back orders are dispatched as new stock arrives.
- Credit card transactions attract a 2% surcharge. This charge reflects the fees that our bank charges us to use their credit card system. The surcharge is a payment for using the credit card system to place an order, irrespective of whether the order is fulfilled after the payment is made. For this reason, the surcharge component of any transaction is non-refundable in almost all cases.
- To avoid the surcharge, we also accept payments by direct deposit. Simply choose to pay by direct deposit and we'll send you our bank account details.

- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- We do not "leave it under the back steps" or "drop it off on the front veranda". You (or an authorised representative) must be physically at the delivery location in order to sign for the goods when they arrive. If the goods cannot be signed for, they will be returned to the courier's delivery depot.
- Our couriers will attempt delivery 3 (three) times, at which point they will return the goods to our warehouse.
- Orders returned this way will forfeit the shipping component of the costs incurred thus far.
