With almost 30,000 products in store, its easy to get lost.

We understand that you may have trouble locating the products you're interested in, especially if you're after a specific item, so here are some great tips for finding stuff in our store.

Browse by Category

The Browse by Category menu is located on the left hand side of every page. It lets you do a broad search for products in a specific category. The drop-down list allows you to select a major category. Sub-categories are then displayed as tiny IT Stuff boxes for you to open.

Browse by Manufacturer

The Browse by Manufacturer menu is located on the left hand side of every page. It lets you do a broad search for products made by a specific manufacturer. Some manufacturers categorise their products into product lines. Once you have chosen a manufacturer, you may need to drill-down through their product lines to find what you are looking for.

Search Within Results

The Search Within module appears above any list of products, allowing you to further refine the set of products you have found.

You are able to add extra keywords and specify a price range to further reduce the number of products you're dealing with. After you have refined the search, you can sort by a range of useful values such as name, price, quantity in stock, weight and more.

Basic Product Search

The product search feature is located at the top-left of every page. The best keywords to use are part numbers - ie. the manufacturer's part number which will be printed on the product somewhere. If you don't have the product, try looking it up on the manufacturer's website first. If you can't get a part number, try using the product's name. This won't work as well, but you will probably still get the results you're after.

The basic product search will also search categories for possible matches. If any categories match your search criteria they will be displayed so you can easily navigate to that group of products.

Advanced Product Search

If the keywords you're using for a basic search are returning too many results, try refining your search by using the Advanced Product Search. This feature lets you search by keyword, but also by category, manufacturer and price range.
