Order Status Explanations
Status
Explanation
Awaiting Deposit
This is the default status for an order that was placed with the "Direct Deposit" payment method. This status will remain until we see the funds in our bank account. Then it will progress to Ordered.
Ordered
This is the default status of an order when it is ready for processing. Orders with this status have been entered into our system, but no action has been taken yet.
Ready to Ship
Orders that are Ready to Ship have been packed in our warehouse and will leave on the next delivery run.
Tracking in Transit
Orders that are Tracking in Transit have left the warehouse on their way to you. By this stage you should have received a tracking reference number so that you can view your shipment as it travels.
Finalised
Finalised orders have been delivered. Orders progress to Finalised once we have received confirmation from Startrack Express that the shipment was received and signed for.
Waiting
Orders that are Waiting are held up for one reason or another. An example of this would be an order contains products that are out of stock. If you are unsure as to why your order is Waiting, feel free to give us a call to find out.
Waiting - RA
Orders with this status are currently in returns processing. Usually this means they are waiting on an RA number, or waiting for stock to be returned (after the RA number has been issued).
Economy Freight
Orders with this status are waiting for the weekly Economy Freight run. This is when we deliver packages to the Australia Post network.
